A crane operator in Houten, Netherlands recently brought forth a large fragment of a Bell Beaker that he had discovered while digging a ditch back in the eighties. According to this
article, the fragment is about 4,200 years old.

This and two other recent beakers in Houten are the only evidence of pre-Roman habitation in the area. Hopefully the three beakers can help triangulate an area or cemetery with Beaker activity.
